This center aims at establishing a research center on development strategy for science and technology of new and renewable energy, to fulfill the following missions:

ü  Watch world-wide development of the technology of renewable energy

ü  Desigh the roadmap of various types of technology

ü  Conduct LCA and cost-benefit analysis of technology development

ü  Offer updated technical training and information dissemination

ü  Implement research on risk management, carbon management and investment decision analysis
